How we can support Kāhui Investment
Te Ara Putea is designed to provide Kāhui with an increased chance in lending through a loan treasury facility set up in partnership with ASB. This loan will be provided at lower % rates than our standard bank loans that we see. Each Kāhui has the ability to apply and if they meet the lending criteria their loan will be approved.
